Children from kindergarten to third grade are encouraged to write and illustrate their own stories and enter them in the Ninth Annual Reading Rainbow Young Writers and Illustrators Contest. These stories will be judged locally and the winners submitted to the national contest.
How to Enter:
1. Pick up a copy of the contest rules and an entry form at the KMBH Studio in Harlingen or at your local library.

The Prizes:
Every child who turns in an entry will receive a Certificate of Participation.
First Place winners will be shown on Channel 60/Cable 10 reading his/her story.
